FAQ
When will my order ship?We ship within 4 business days for printed material not including weekends or postal holidays. Same to 3 business days for orders that do not contain printed material. The majority of the orders ship in 1-3 business days depending on the current workload. Patterns do not ship the same day. Large bulk orders of printed materials may require additional processing time.
How much is shipping?
We ship either First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS. Free shipping will ship cheapest way. Transit times are not guaranteed by USPS except for Priority Mail Express. Priority mail is not considered lost by USPS for 15 days. First class mail is not considered lost for 20 days according to Shipsurance. First class package transit times can be unreliable especially during or around holidays so we highly recommend upgrading to priority mail if you are in a hurry. We can invoice you for requested shipping upgrades. WE WILL NOT RESHIP OR REFUND FOR DELAYED PACKAGES UNTIL THOSE TIMES HAVE PASSED! We also do not refund shipping charges on delayed packages by USPS. First class and priority mail are NOT guaranteed transit times. Shipping charges are only refundable for delayed Express Mail packages once approved by USPS. Orders can not be combined so make sure you have everything in your cart when you are ready to check out.Â
What if my package is delayed by USPS?
Unfortunately delays do happen occasionally. Once your package leaves our hands it is out of our control. You can request email updates on the package at usps.com tracking. This sometimes helps to get things moving along. You can also fill out a "where is my package" form online at this link...
https://emailus.usps.com/emailUs/iq/usps/request.do?forward=emailUs
This will send your info to the appropriate post office to help track down the package.
Can I get a roll of one of your patterns?
We do not currently offer rolls longer than 48 inches on most of our custom patterns. The available sizes for each pattern are listed in the drop-down menu of the listings.
Do you include the heat transfer application tape with your pattern HTV?
We include 1 free 12x12 inch sheet of heat transfer tape per order to get you started! It can usually be used two or three times. If you need more it can be found under tools and supplies.Â
Do you combine orders?                                                                                       We combine orders at our own discretion only.
Do you have any coupon codes?
We do offer coupon codes occasionally! They will be listed on our home page as well as our Facebook page. Be sure to sign up for our rewards program for more great deals!
Do you allow local pick up?
We do! We are located in Woodstock, GA. Use coupon code LOCALPICKUP to remove the shipping charges. We will notify you when it's ready. Please be aware that patterned vinyl is not usually available for same day pick up.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final on patterns/printed vinyl.
Returns on vinyl sheets are only granted on a case by case basis for unused items in their original condition with no damage. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will be given when items are received and checked for damage. Unauthorized returns/forced returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
What do I do if an item is incorrect or missing from my order or my package is damaged in transit?
In the very unlikely event an item is missing from your order we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery. The package weight sent is on file and will be compared to the weight of the order placed. We use the same type of packaging on all of our orders to make sure the weight is consistent. If we make an error, a correct replacement item will be sent. We require photos of packaging and damages items.Â
Full policies are under the info tab. We do not refund for user error including, but not limited to not following instructions, equipment not functioning properly (This includes the fact that some presses and irons run hot or cool. All equipment is different.), melting htv and using incorrect transfer tape. If this is the first time you are using our vinyl and/or you are using an iron to apply htv--the customer NEEDS to do a test cut and test pressing first with small or scrap pieces until the desired results are achieved. We DO NOT recommend making a full design with the vinyl until you have familiarized yourself with it using your equipment. All htv will melt if overheated. A cover sheet is highly recommended whether using a heat press or iron.Â
We are an FDCFilms and Stahls' authorized distributor. If there is a product of theirs that you would like we can get it for you. Drop ship fees will apply for FDC.
