Policies-
By purchasing from us you agree that you have read and agree to our policies.
If we make an error, a corrected replacement item will be sent.  We do not refund for user error including but not limited to not following instructions, equipment not functioning properly (This includes the fact that some presses and irons run hot or cool. All equipment is different.), melting htv and using improper transfer tape.  If this is the first time you are using our vinyl and/or you are using an iron to apply htv the customer NEEDS to do a test cut and test pressing first with small or scrap pieces until the desired results are achieved.  We DO NOT recommend making a full design with the vinyl until you have familiarized yourself with it using your equipment.  All htv will melt if overheated.  Teflon is highly recommended whether using a heat press or iron. We include instructions in the package but if you have questions, we are always happy to help.  Instructions are meant to be used as guidelines due to variations in heat presses, cutters and irons. One free sheet of heat transfer application tape is provided per order/package to get you started.  If you need more it is available for purchase in our shop. A sheet can usually be used 2-3 times.

Although a pattern can be printed on multiple types of vinyl the colors might not be exact due to different white points, material makeup and the way inks are absorbed.
All sales are final on patterns/printed vinyl! No exceptions or  cancellations!
Returns on other vinyl sheets are only granted on a case by case basis for unused items in their original condition with no damage.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Refund will not be given until the items are received and checked for damage.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded.  Unauthorized or forced returns are against our policies and subject to a 30% restocking fee.
In the unlikely event an item is missing from your order we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery.  The package weight sent is on file and will be compared to the weight of the order placed.  We ship with consistent packaging to make sure our order weights can be recalculated in the event of a claim of a missing item.
We ship within 4-5 business days at most for patterns and same day to 3 days for items that are not printed unless there is a backorder in which we will contact you. This is not the transit time. 
The post office can run slow with some orders especially around holidays so please be patient. Transit times are not guaranteed by USPS except for Priority Mail Express.  Priority mail is not considered lost by USPS or Shipsurance for 15 days.  First class mail is not considered lost for 20 days.  WE WILL NOT RESHIP OR REFUND FOR DELAYED PACKAGES UNTIL THOSE TIMES HAVE PASSED AND ARE ABLE TO FILE A CLAIM!  We also do not refund shipping charges on delayed packages by USPS.  First class and priority mail are NOT guaranteed transit times.  Shipping charges are only refundable for delayed Express Mail packages once approved by USPS. For orders whose ship by date falls on a postal/national holiday, an additional business day may be added to the original ship by date.  Our processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
If an order is not claimed by buyer and/or the package is returned to us by the post office the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to ship the order a second time.  In lieu of reshipping the package, if the order has been received back by us and the buyer no longer wants/needs it we will refund the amount of the order LESS original shipping charges except for printed material.  All sales are final on printed material.  We are not responsible for lost packages or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.  We will not reship or refund at our expense for an incorrect address given.  We are required by our payment processors to ship to the address provided or an updated address given to us prior to shipping via email.  Please check the address you provided when your order is placed and notify us of any changes right away. If it is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will need to reorder, unfortunately.
The post office and Shipsurance do not approve claims for packages marked as delivered.  If a package is marked delivered and you did not receive it you will need to contact your local post office. They will have GPS coordinates for delivery. It is their responsibility to help you locate it. We will not be able to do anything to help you in that situation.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING for the United States
Choosing a faster shipping speed does not affect our processing time.
Shipping is either First class, Priority Mail or FedEx for U.S. addresses.  Packages over 15.9 ounces automatically ship priority mail or FedEx (our choice) whether or not first class is selected. For Express Mail or shipping upgrades please contact us for a quote and invoice.

MULTIPLE ITEMS PURCHASED
Shipping will calculate in checkout.  It is based on price.  For multiple orders that are to be shipped together we will determine shipping weight.  Sometimes multiple orders automatically bump first class orders up to priority mail in which case a refund will not be given on shipping overages for combined orders.  This is a case by case situation depending on postage fees.  We combine orders at our discretion.  We do not take requests to combine orders.
We include 1- 12x12 inch sheet of heat transfer tape in each order that includes printed heat transfer vinyl.  For add on or combined shipping where the package contains more than one order of heat transfer vinyl, only one free sheet will be sent. If you need more we offer multiple options of heat transfer tape in our shop to purchase.

Free shipping on orders over $100 will automatically be applied in checkout. It can not be combined with any other coupons or discounts. Coupon codes must be applied during checkout. We will not refund for a coupon code due to it not being entered in checkout.  Pick up coupon codes will only be allowed for local pick up customers.  If you use a local pick up coupon code for free shipping and you are not local we will cancel your order.

We take requests for pattern designs but it is not guaranteed that we will make them.  Custom orders may take a little longer if we are able to make them.

Patterns are custom made to order so they don't ship same day.  This is for processing and curing time so they don't get ruined in transit.
We reserve the right to change prices as we see fit due to market fluctuations of materials and fees.  Orders placed before a lowered price change or a sale will not be adjusted.
Two discounts can not be applied to the same order i.e. bulk discount with free shipping coupon. 


Liability
Please note that by purchasing my products you are assuming liability for their use. Keep vinyl, supplies and equipment out of the reach of children.  Do not place any vinyl where a child can reach it.  Keep wall vinyl away from cribs.  If a child peels vinyl off, it can be a choking hazard.  Though it does make beautiful and fun decoration, just be aware of where you place it on the wall or other areas.  Breeze Print Company is not responsible for anything that happens to you, in your home or on your property or to your customers home, persons or property.

Rewards Program-

Sign up by creating an account.  Points will begin to accumulate once an account is created.  Purchases made prior to the rewards program or if you are not signed into your account will not count towards your point balance.  Breezecrafts.com will remove points for fraudulent, cancelled or returned orders or in other similar situations.  The points are monitored and distributed through the 3rd party app smile.io.  Points are only added for the existing, published rules on the app.  By signing up you acknowledge that your information and purchase history is shared with smile.io.  Points only accumulate for product purchases. Shipping and taxes do not count towards points. Points do not round up based on purchase price. Breezecrafts.com reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend and restrict the rewards program at any time.  Fraudulent use or abuse of the rewards program or ordering will result in cancellation of current and future orders and revocation of rewards points.  We reserve the right to change terms and conditions of the rewards program at any given time. Points are nontransferable, nonrefundable and have no actual cash value.  Points only accumulate for purchases made at breezecrafts.com.  Purchases made at Etsy, Ebay, Amazon or any other 3rd party e-commerce site do not count towards your point balance.

The local pick up coupon code can only be applied to local customers that are picking up their order.  If it is used for any order that is to be shipped that order will be cancelled and the customer will need to reorder with the appropriate shipping charges.
